Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it is done in time and before the shipment, by contacting the store via phone or email, providing your order number.

Returns of Defective Products

Regardless of your right to cancel the order, you are entitled to withdraw if the products are found to be defective. The main requirement is that you inspect the products immediately upon receipt and inform the store. In the case of a defective product, you are entitled to a replacement with a product of the same category or a refund. Returns are accepted only if the products are in their original condition, accompanied by the necessary documents (purchase receipt or invoice) and their original packaging. In this case, shipping costs are fully covered by the store.

Returns of Custom-Made Products (Made to Order)

For products manufactured according to customer specifications (dimensions, color, fabric, etc.), returns are not allowed unless a defect is proven. The store must be informed immediately upon receipt. In such cases, the shipping costs for the new product or a refund are covered by the store.

Product Returns / Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Return shipping costs are covered by you, and the initial shipping costs are non-refundable. The products must be in the same condition as when received, unopened, and with their original packaging and accompanied by the necessary documents (purchase receipt or invoice). Refunds will be processed within 4 days of receiving the products, either to a bank account or via the same payment method used (e.g., credit card).

Warranty

All products come with a two (2) year warranty for proper use and functionality from the manufacturer.
