Cancellations
You can cancel your order as long as this is done promptly and before it has been dispatched, by contacting the store by phone or email and mentioning your order number.
Returns of Defective Products
You have the right to withdraw from your order if the product(s) has/have significant defects. It is essential to inspect the products immediately upon receipt and notify the store. Otherwise, the store reserves the right not to provide any form of compensation. If a defective product is found, you have the right to refuse acceptance and return it, with the option to replace it with another product of the same category, provided it is available, or to receive a refund of the amount paid. Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as when received, along with documents, the retail receipt or invoice, and their packaging. In this case, the shipping costs for the new product or the refund will be solely borne by the store.
Returns of Custom-Made Products (Special Orders)
In cases where the product(s) have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications (dimensions, color, fabric, etc.), there is no possibility for returns. Returns are accepted only if the product(s) is/are proven to be defective and the store has been notified immediately upon receipt. In this case, the shipping costs for the new product or the refund will be solely borne by the store.
Return of Products / Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return the products you purchased without any charge and without the need to inform us of the reason for the return, within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. In this case, you will only bear the direct cost of returning the products. The initial shipping costs of your order are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as received, meaning they have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been violated, along with the documents, the retail receipt or invoice, and the packaging. In the case of returning products, your refund will be completed within four (4) days from the date we receive the products, to a bank account that you specify, if your order was paid by cash on delivery or bank deposit. For orders paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be made in the same manner.
Warranty
All products come with a two (2) year warranty for good use and operation from the manufacturer.
