The Rimini mattress consists of 4 layers of Hi-tech foam, including two foams with thermoregulatory properties. An interesting combination of traditional visco foam and thermo-elastic gel foam on the same side of the mattress ensures a double supple fit on the body. Depending on the season, the mattress can cool your body or keep you pleasantly warm.
The foams, thanks to the precise mapping of your body shape, allow for maximum muscle relaxation and improved blood circulation. This effect translates directly into your feelings immediately upon waking up. Waking up on a Rimini mattress will make you feel rested, but above all relaxed. Your muscles will be rested and ready to work throughout the day, including maintaining a healthy spinal position.
The thermo-elastic foams will fit your body contours perfectly and allow you to sink in gently while keeping your body in a straight anatomical position. When you lie down on the Rimini mattress, you will first feel a pleasant wrap around your body and then a firm strengthening sensation. Rimini is a mattress with 7 independent support zones, which means that its pocket springs are divided into areas of greater and lesser firmness, depending on the pressure and load exerted by each body part. Reinforcing the mattress with stiffer springs in its most sensitive areas further increases its durability in use.
In addition, the Rimini has springs with a higher hardness than those normally used in mattresses, which, given the 25cm height of the mattress, guarantees high body stability. Returns of Defective Products
Regardless of your right to cancel the order, you are entitled to withdraw if the products are found to be defective. The main requirement is that you inspect the products immediately upon receipt and inform the store. In the case of a defective product, you are entitled to a replacement with a product of the same category or a refund. Returns are accepted only if the products are in their original condition, accompanied by the necessary documents (purchase receipt or invoice) and their original packaging. In this case, shipping costs are fully covered by the store.
Returns of Custom-Made Products (Made to Order)
For products manufactured according to customer specifications (dimensions, color, fabric, etc.), returns are not allowed unless a defect is proven. The store must be informed immediately upon receipt. In such cases, the shipping costs for the new product or a refund are covered by the store.
Product Returns / Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Return shipping costs are covered by you, and the initial shipping costs are non-refundable. The products must be in the same condition as when received, unopened, and with their original packaging and accompanied by the necessary documents (purchase receipt or invoice). Refunds will be processed within 4 days of receiving the products, either to a bank account or via the same payment method used (e.g., credit card).
Warranty
All products come with a two (2) year warranty for proper use and functionality from the manufacturer.
